Add a set of solid zoom lenses to your cinema rig for the studio, documentary, or field productions with the new Pictor 20 to 55mm and 50 to 125mm zoom lenses, from DzoFilms. Both lenses feature a 31.1mm image circle that is large enough to cover up to Super 35 sensors and a wide range of cinema cameras. Because they cover a wide zoom range with consistent image quality, you will save a ton of time changing lenses during your shoot. The lenses will initially be released in a black finish, in a two-lens kit, and later a special kit will be released with both lenses in a white finish.

The lenses sport a handy interchangeable mount that allows you to use the lenses on just about any cinema camera. Initially, they will be released with a PL mount and will include EF mount in the package, and E and LPL mounts will also become available. The lenses both feature a fast T2.8 aperture, 16-blade iris, and they produce a soft, silky bokeh for stunning images, even in low light. They also share a common 95mm front diameter, which makes it easier to change matte boxes, follow focus motors, and other gear without much reconfiguration.

Their parfocal design boasts no focus breathing for smooth adjustments, and zoom transitions have no shift when changing focal length. They feature a standard 0.8 MOD cine gear and an M86 filter size, so you can utilize a wide variety of professional follow focus systems and filters. Their slim form factor and weight, under 4 lb, makes them optimal for use on handheld, run-and-gun productions without adding too much weight to your rig.
