Overview

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 14 days. Within the 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are not liable to accept returns and/or offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original unopened package.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Computer Software Products, Software licenses, non in stock products that have been specifically ordered from the customer, cannot be returned.

Additional non-returnable items:

• Downloadable software products
• Custom made cables
• Cleaning products and cleaning liquids.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back without a written authorization from Newera.

Items supplied correctly in accordance with your order will be subject to carriage and handling charges, a 15% handling charge (minimum €25.00) will be made.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are in approval, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account within few days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received refund yet, firstly check with your bank.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@newera.com.cy.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on time of delivery. In this case, please send us an email at info@newera.com.cy and we will inform you with full details.

Shipping returns

You will be fully responsible for the safe return and paying for your own shipping costs for returning your order using the same courier service as you received it. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
