Whatever you may need, Loizios is just super helpful and extremely knowledgeable. We made the mistake and bought some black magic streaming equipment from the other supplier in Cyprus. They have been extremely unhelpful in setting the basics up and just referred to the online documentation. Despite that New Era did not sell to us, they helped without any questions and whenever we needed assistance they always have the right solution. Ever since they our main supplier as this service is excellent.
